  • All the items that we rent are only for normal use. Please do not use them in any extreme conditions.
  • If the borrower cancels a booking a week before the delivery date, the entire amount paid so far will be refunded. For cancellations within the week of delivery, the advance paid (40% of the rental) will not be refunded. If the borrower has paid full rental at the time of booking and later cancels the booking in the delivery week, 40% will be deducted as part of the cancellation fee.
  • If we do not receive the rented items within 72 hours of the end of the rental period, and if the borrower is not reachable via phone, we will initiate a recovery procedure. We will also use the services of a private investigator to track the person and the items down.
